We are extending support to the big Data Centers across the world and working in all time zones. we have eminent clients in our list. we are catering to 40 + clients with resolving around 1000 requests monthly. Renewal rate is +90%.
We are providing services in all the billing formats. we have different plans for the convenience of the clients. They can go for hourly basis, fixed amount per month or on project basis. we are open to short- term contracts as well.
Apart from regular support, we have vacation coverage package, weekend support package, client’s off hours support package. Every package contains some hours which can be utilized over a certain period of time. The more hours you use the less money you pay.
